We are a house in the Seward neighborhood of Minneapolis, with a 13-year history of community and inclusion towards artists, musicians, makers, creatives, and other misfits. Incorporated as a 308(a) nonprofit housing cooperative as of this August, we are putting together our application for financing so we can purchase the property and help bring cooperative organization into the Minneapolis tradition of the DIY punk house.
