We are in the development phase of this co-op, with an active purchase agreement and fundraising campaign!

If it is in your wheelhouse to schedule meetings, organize documents, do copy editing, and make fundraising calls, we are in a position to consider those tasks as services in kind for reduced rent during our development phase, which is expected to last into November or December.  Upon acquisition of the property, your monthly assessment is likely to be somewhere around $700 - $750 with utilities and co-op dues included. 

All said, we are looking to house low-income creatives.  This house has been serving that community since 2010, and we are working to acquire the property so we can make that a long-term reality.

Historically, the house has been filled with music, projects, shows, and positive weirdness.
